Official working hours are 8:30 – 3:00 Sunday-Thursday

Monthly outings (team building activity) on the form of lunch, movie, bowling, dinner or other activities are sponsored by the company for all working staff.

Every employee is entitled to attend a training/capabilities enhancement program every six months (subject to management approval)

14 business days paid sick leaves, and 14 business days annual vacation as per Jordan Labor law

Ability to move between positions within the organization to find the best position that suits the employee capabilities and objectives.
